FireBoard does ship to PO Boxes if USPS is the selected carrier.

For international shipping, FireBoard ships to countries all over the world. Typically, the shipments take 5-10 business days. However, depending on your location and the customs process for your country, it could take anywhere from 1-6 weeks.

As for the return policy, if the equipment is under warranty, FireBoard will inspect the equipment and determine the nature of the issue. If the repairs are under warranty, FireBoard will repair or replace the equipment free of charge and send it back to you in a timely manner. At FireBoard Labs, the aim is to ensure 100% satisfaction with the purchase. If the purchase is found to be defective or not the best fit, it can be returned. Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in new or like-new condition. Items not in new or like-new condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

If the return is due to an error from FireBoard Labs (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), the return shipping cost will be covered by them. The refund is processed once the product is returned.

To initiate a return, contact info@fireboard.com with the original order number before sending any items. Returns cannot be processed for orders that were not placed through the FireBoard Labs site. For such cases, the purchase store or site should be contacted regarding a return or exchange.

For repairs and warranty, a complete warranty policy is included in the original packaging with the FireBoard. Probes include a six-month warranty and the FireBoard unit and accessories include a one-year warranty. International customers will be responsible for all warranty related shipping charges.

For any repairs, the equipment in question should be sent back to the lab at the above address. Include name, contact info, return address, and a brief description of the problem.
